Nick - Class of 2013 | Crystal Lake, Illinois, High School Senior Portrait Photographer

We had a great time in downtown Crystal Lake for Nick's session!  Nick will be graduating from Crystal Lake South High School and starting his next season of life at the University of Minnesota majoring in Chemical Engineering.

He is bright, goal-oriented and an amazing young man!  I was thankful to have his Mom, Karen, join us because she is great at holding a reflector!  How do I know that?  Well, she was with me when I photographed her daughter's senior portrait session a couple years ago.

This is another family that I thoroughly enjoy working with and photographing the important events in their lives over the years!  I am blessed with such wonderful clients!

Jake - Class of 2013 | Crystal Lake, Illinois, High School Senior Portrait Photographer

Jake is a senior at Crystal Lake South High School and has been very involved in Jazz Band. He plays the upright bass and brought it to his session for a few portraits.  I love it when we can incorporate a very special part of a client's high school years in the session.  For those of you who are pet lovers like me and Jake, you will understand why his dog, Wally, was a part of his session!  I have known Jake and his parents since he was born and truly enjoyed photographing his senior portraits!

Becca has participated in the marching band at Crystal Lake South High School.  She plays the piano and clarinet.  This fall she will be attending Augustana.  She is beautiful, smart, talented and has been such a joy to spend time with!

Alexa - Class of 2012 | Crystal Lake, Illinois, High School Senior Portrait Photographer

Dad, Mom and boyfriend, Kevin, joined Alexa and I for her senior portrait session.  We had a wonderful time photographing around the downtown Woodstock area.  Alexa will be studying Psychology at St. Ambrose College this fall.  She is a 2012 Graduate of Marian Central Catholic High School.

Crystal Lake South High School Choir Concert 12.15.11 | Crystal Lake High School Senior Photographer

Joyous sounds of Christmas filled the auditorium at Crystal Lake South High School last Thursday evening for the annual December concert.  What a glorious sound!  All four choirs performed:  Men's Choir, Beginning Treble, Advanced Treble Choir and A Cappella Choir.  The concert was directed by Matt Koll and Alexa Mount and directed by Sherry Taliaferro.  A wonderful night for all!

Nathan - Class of 2011 | Crystal Lake, Cary Senior Photographer

Nathan's academic accomplishments are nothing short of amazing! In addition, he plays four instruments, leads worship at his church, and is a third degree black belt! He will be majoring in Aerospace Engineering. He even has his own telescope!
