Jake - Class of 2013 | Crystal Lake, Illinois, High School Senior Portrait Photographer

Jake is a senior at Crystal Lake South High School and has been very involved in Jazz Band. He plays the upright bass and brought it to his session for a few portraits.  I love it when we can incorporate a very special part of a client's high school years in the session.  For those of you who are pet lovers like me and Jake, you will understand why his dog, Wally, was a part of his session!  I have known Jake and his parents since he was born and truly enjoyed photographing his senior portraits!

Christmas Fun in Chicago

What is privilege it was to be invited to join Heather Murphy's family Annual Girls Trip to Chicago! Heather has been my Operations Manager and trusted friend for 2 years now. Since my family is out of state, it was an honor to be asked to join her family in this tradition. The Zich Family | Crystal Lake Family Photographer

I had the privilege of photographing the Zich's first professional family portrait session!  Their beautiful Golden Retrievers, Mazie and Mille, came along to be part of a few portraits as well. The weather was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the surroundings at THE SANCTUARY in Bull Valley, Illinois.  Daughter, Judy, became more fun and entertaining as the session continued (which I LOVE!).  Her personality reminded me so much of my oldest son, and we had many laughs.  I look forward to photographing her senior portraits next year!

Connor - 11 Months - Crystal Lake Child Photographer

Connor loved being outdoors for his 11-month session!  Look at those beautiful toofers!!!  He is getting very comfortable standing and will soon be mobile!  I can't believe he's almost one year old!
