Benjamin - 6 Months | Crystal Lake Child Photographer

Benjamin is such a joy!  We bumped up his 6-month session by a couple weeks because his Daddy got a new job with television station WLKY - 32 in Louisville, Kentucky, and quickly had to relocate.  They will be back to visit around his 9-month session!  Wishing Benjamin and his family a happy new home in Kentucky with lots of visits back here in Illinois!

Bart & Collin - 9 Months Old

These two handsome boys were so much fun today!  Bart & Collin are now 9 months old, and I have been photographing them since they were born!  What a joy!  These two are on the move, and usually in opposite directions.  This kept all of us (Mary, their Mom, Emily and Abbey) moving for the entire session.  It was so much fun! 

Love is in the air!

This week I had two beautiful couples here at the studio for their engagement DEBUT SESSION. We had so much fun during their engagement sessions, as you can tell from the photographs below. I can't wait until their weddings next month!

Ava - 6 Months

Ava was bright and bubbly for her 6-month session! She can sit up with just a few wobbles, and she has a contagious smile! It was a joy to spend time with Ava and her mom!

Beautiful Children

These beautiful children were fully of energy and Christmas joy when we got together for their portrait session. A 2-year old and two 7-month olds kept myself and their two moms moving and singing for the duration. Each child...unique and amazing. I have the privilege of being their family photographer, so you'll see these cuties grow up in photos!

Ava

Ava just turned three months old, and I spent some time at her home yesterday. Her sister, Hannah, and brother, Luke, were cheerful and fun. Hannah, a budding artist, has a large collection of clay miniatures she created, and they are amazing! She designed a clay camera for me while I was there. Thank you, Hannah! I wanted to eat the ice cream cone, doughnut and candy cane she made! Luke was full of energy and having a sword fight with an invisible dragon while Mom and I played with sweet baby Ava. What a joy to spend time with such a beautiful family!
